The Records Division along with the Undersheriff are responsible for compiling all records requests made in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act.  The Kalkaska County Clerk is the Freedom of Information Act Coordinator for all departments of the County of Kalkaska.

All requests for information must be submitted in writing and will be processed in accordance with the Act and the Policies of the Kalkaska Sheriff Office.
